For example, in wrestling there is a practice involved with dietary restriction and intense physical exercise, which can lead to dangerous physical consequences. And if any student feels suppressed due to the pressure of the competition might choose or get engaged in practices which can be harmful so as to win and achieve the athletic success.
In addition to social team-oriented pressures, sports can help in changing the physiology of fans and athletes. The level of endorphins and pheromones can be raised by exercise which will make the heart beat faster. Also, the competition and exercise will increase the mood boosting chemicals which will enhance a student’s feelings of success and happiness. When a student participates in sports it helps to boost the positive feelings and general well-being of the student whereas a defeating game can generally guide to the adverse of any positive effect. Students feel elated when their team wins and depressed when their team loses.
When students are an active participant in sports, they adopt an array of enhanced and new skills and become more rounded college applicant.
