The Arkansas Department of Education Distance Learning Center (DLC) was the first K 12 distance education provider in the state to offer Spanish language curriculum over their Compressed Interactive Video (CIV) platform. As a result of these and other efforts, the DLC was the recipient of a bronze award for two years in a row from the US Distance Learning Association.
